Congratulations to Olivia Tanguay and Natalie Antonissen for being selected winners of the Eagle Herald's 2025 Design an Ad Contest. Olivia and Natalie each received a $25 gift card, and their winning entries were published in the November 24th issue of the Eagle Herald newspaper. Reminder Presentation Tomorrow: Presentation is recommended for students ages 13 and up and any adults with youth in their lives that would like to learn more about youth substance use. Families do not need to attend Menominee School District to attend the presentation.

May is "Teacher Appreciation Month"! 📗🖇🖋💪🏆 Our wonderful teachers are the backbone of our schools, working on the frontlines every single day to make a difference in the lives of students. We will be having various giveaways and awards throughout the month to show our appreciation for our teachers. Congrats to Ms. Wingender who won the first 'giveaway' contest and got a $100 Amazon gift card! THANK YOU TEACHERS!

We want to send a big congratulations to Menominee’s Landan Bardowski who signed with the UW-Oshkosh Football team! 👏 The Titans are getting a great one! 👀 HS football career accomplishments: - First Team All- State RB - Detroit Free Press - First Team All- State RB - Michigan High School Football Coaches Association - Second Team All-State RB - Michigan Associated Press - First Team All-Region RB - First Team All-UP RB - West PAC Copper Division Special Teams - Player of the Year - Special Mention All-UP Return Specialist - West PAC Copper Division 1st Team RB - Broke MHS record for most touchdowns scored in a single season - Broke MHS record for most touchdowns scored in a single season including playoffs. We are incredibly thankful for our School Resource Officer Dan Bartell. Officer Bartell is the absolute best in the business. He spent 25 years with the Michigan State Police - was on the most important of special security details (including guarding former President Donald Trump) - and involved in some very high-profile cases. And now he is a Maroon through and through. From being the most boisterous fan at football games to having lunch with a 7th grader to helping protect our kids every day. He genuinely cares about our school and we're very lucky to have him. Go 〽️ar👮🚓ns!
